Meet the team...
The Plant is a collective with a flat structure that follows a Cooperative Model of governance. Its success will be ensured by the establishment of two governing bodies overseen by the FASoS Faculty Board and the FASoS Director. The Executive Cooperative Group (ECG) is a structure in which all members make consensual decisions as equals. It has overall responsibility for managing daily operations, establishing and implementing complies with rules and regulations established by the FASoS Faculty Board, FASoS ICT, ICTS, and the UM Executive Board. By establishing a democratic governance model, it is ensured that all members are committed to the vision and mission of operations. It highlights areas for greater cooperation in resources and functions, and recommends new avenues to explore in terms of the Plant’s vision, strategy, and daily operations.
