The Plant is now live on Resource Booker for all FASoS staff!

You can request room use for collaboration sessions, creative meetings, workshops, or courses that would benefit from the flexibility of The Plant’s spaces.

The Greenhouse

Our cozy & creative meeting area turned podcast studio. Great for small meetings, collaborations needing many whiteboards, or A/V production.

Booking the Greenhouse also books the Field, because of the audio bleed

The Field

The main area of The Plant, suitable for large meetings, lectures, workshops, or other hands-on activities.

Flexible seating arrangements are possible thanks to the triangular tables and rolling chairs!

The Stem (Desk 1)

A high-powered desktop for video editing, audio editing, design work, transcription, etc.

The Stem can be booked up for up to one week at a time, for longer projects.

The Stem (Desk 2)

A high-powered desktop for Python or other coding work that requires a long run time or a stronger computer.

The Stem can be booked up for up to one week at a time, for longer projects.

Site-Specific Equipment

Some equipment can only be used in The Plant (such as our 3D printers or large podcasting kit. If you wish to use such equipment, please remember to book time to use the actual space too!
